"Great service. Very caring and friendly staff. Just some advice, I gave 5 stars because the treatment I received was great but I was close to leaving once the receptionist called me over to ask if I was nervous? Not sure why she asked because I was just sitting talking to my husband. When I replied "No" she seemed shocked and said, your not? I said No, my husband was here before and things went great! she then replied did you come with him? And I said yes. At this point I replied "I wasn't nervous but I'm starting to be" she laughed and I asked why? Should I be? She then looked at the other receptionist and they both kinda shook their head no, it was strange. There was nothing, no reassurance or why? From that point on I was nervous and my husband was too. When Olga came out to get me, my husband asked her if I had anything to worry about? she reassured us that I would be fine. I didn't let it show, but I was upset that anyone would ask a patient that question before going under a procedure. Even though everything turned out alright it stills bothers me that she asked that and gave no explanation why."

"Great experience for something no one looks forward to. The whole team was terrific. From the time I came in the door I felt welcome and in good hands. My nurses Olga and Casey were so caring and explained what would take place during my screen. Anesthesiologist Johnathan was an absolute joy and made me feel so comfortable. Dr Ramberan explained my procedure and answered all my questions. He was really very caring and made me feel at ease."
