"We met for my appointment for something(seemingly simple), was billed. I paid my bills with consternation and was sent bills again and again. I tried to call billing(twice) and now the collection agent, as well as his secretary to no avail. Shoddy customer service."

"A great doctor and a true leader in his field. My wife and I found him very down to earth, calming and most of all listened to all questions and concerns. Everyone we met in the hospital from the different lab workers and radiology people could not speak more highly of him. He brought his knowledge and has taught them all so much about his field. Several of my own doctors highly recommended him as well as other doctors in the liver field. His staff is also excellent. His associate Alexander NP has been fantastic to my wife and I also. Very caring and like Dr. Hoffman LISTENS to all questions , fears and concerns. They are why we will not leave the Hampton Roads area. I would and do trust my life with them."
