"The staff are great. Doctor Davis is fabulous. The waiting room is ample. Reception is the exception. The staff at reception are lovely, but they’re is no one to receive you when you come in and face the dim, randomly cluttered reception counter. Then someone might call out to you to come around to the little cubicles where your record will be found and your arrival (and departure) noted. There’s a chair, but you face the backs of two computer screens and it’s really irritating. I stand so I can see (isn’t that what my visit is all about anyway?) and so the staff can see me, a person, not just a bunch of data."
