"Arrived with my friend. They got started on them immediately. I waited 30 minutes uses before anyone started on me. The water was cold and my feet were starting to prune from soaking for so long. They made me swotch chairs in the middle of pedicure and i had to walk bare foot across their floor to the next chair, so if i get plantars warts, i know where they come from. Felt like my pedicure was rushed because they made me wait so long but my friend was getting close to done. They used the wrong color polish AND I said I wanted GEL but They used regular. It was also old polish so it clumped and lumped and didn't dry properly bc it was bad polish and it smeared. Honestly at this point I'm about to cry bc this was NOT what I wanted for my money. It wasnt relaxing at all and now I have to go home and fix my toe nail polish myself anyway."

"Cheap Strip Mall type of everyday nail place. Nothing special at all l, especially for the area it is in. Was expecting better and certainly did not get it. The place is there to get people in and out. Not a good atmosphere and the service is good but not worth it."

"This is a lovely family owned establishment. I love chatting with Kelly and her young daughters who are sometimes in the shop. I am not sure why poor reviews were left. I’ve come many times, usually for the classic pedicure with gel, and brought family and friends who all had good experiences. Some of the staff have a slight language barrier, but nothing a little patience won’t solve. Kelly, her more reserved husband, or Li and Colin can usually resolve any confusion. There is no pressure to get an upgrade, only confirmation of what the customer wants. I love seeing the garden displays Tahn creates, and it is a very clean establishment. Please give Radiant Nail and Spa a try and don’t be scared of the odd rating right now. They’re the best!"

"This is such a great nail salon! Kelly and Andy are fantastic the rest of the team does excellent work. I always have the best time. They are friendly and so nice. I have been going since they opened and have never had a bad experience. Love this place"
