"I had bought a Groupon for a manicure/pedicure. I had previously gone to Sabine over 4 years ago. I bought the second groupon only because the fine print stated that as long as you have not been actively receiving services from Sabine in the last 36 months, that one can purchase the groupon. Bought it, went for my appointment, and mentioned how much I had enjoyed my last visit which was in 2013. Well, all smiles turned to frowns, and told me she could not accept it since I was a previous customer. I explained what the fine print stated, and that was the only reason I purchased it . She made me sit there while she called groupon to complain, while she told me it was all Groupon's fault, and that she never made exceptions like that. After 30 minutes sitting waiting for groupon to deal with her, I ended up leaving without the service. While she was very good the time I has used her previously, this "visit" left a bad taste in my mouth. I noticed today on her Groupon today that (july 18, 2017) the fine print now states 48 months, but I would caution anyone, not to purchase it because she will most likely reject it, and it will be a waste of your time and effort. I was very disappointed in her attitude about the whole thing. I had been so pleased with the quality of her first mani/pedi that I had even prepared a huge tip for her. All she had to tell me was that there was an error, that she will honour it this time, and will get with Groupon to change the fine print. That would have been the right thing to do."
