Between emails, phone calls, talking to 3 different people (including the manager) I've got no figures at all. "I'll get that back to you shortly." No one ever follows up. Why am I, the customer, the one following up repeatedly to do business with you? Will never do business with 84 Lumber, even if they come out cheaper than others. Customer service goes a loooong way."

"Terrible customer. Scott at store 1705, who we communicated with regarding our replacent windows under warranty, was not forthcoming with information. We ended up with glass, no sash that we had to pick up ourselves and will have to pay another window person to install with our current sashes. We were told we could common to window manufacturer.. Oh and not one employee was wearing a mask."

He ordered a custom door of mines wrong and tried to blame me (a loyal customer). I give props to the manager for stepping in and that's why it's a well deserved 4 stars.
