Foxtrot

"I am really dissatisfied with this company. My order was not ready when it was supposed to be. My friend and I were rudely treated by the counter employee, who also failed to give our order. Despite our online order being plainly visible on the computer the entire time, he kept saying that he didn't receive it. After returning to our office, we observed that the seal on our drinks had been tampered with, suggesting that they might have been contaminated. In addition, I want to mention that the person at the counter was extremely impolite towards both me and my friend, which cause a huge concern with the people that you all hire at your establishment."

"I finally made my way over to fox trot market yesterday morning thanks to suggestions from someone I follow on Instagram. Their espresso was delicious and it kept me going all day. (This alone was impressive because I can drink several of my iced oat-milk cortados and not feel this boost. (I’m immune to any and all basic coffees.) The market was lovely and their shelves were full of so many fascinating products. Their selection of @smartsweets , one of my favorite low sugar candy brands, was impressive, and they carried natural wellness items that I have only ever seen online. An additional and unexpected perk was that the staff were welcoming and knowledgeable. Fox Trot is definitely being added to the list of my top ten favorite coffee spots!"

"The best way to describe Foxtrot is an elevated gourmet mini mart. We opted for ice cream sandwiches during this visit and loved the unique brands and flavors made available in addition to the pint-sized staples."

"Neat little corner coffee shop with lots of organic and local options. Unfortunately the service is not great and the prices are a little high. I paid over $10 for a latte and creme brulee donut. The coffee was okay but the donut was delicious. Unfortunately the staff doesn't realize the importance of customer service to ensure a solid user experience. The costs of the products doesn't match the service."

"The avocado toast has a lot of topping amounts, so I would say you certainly get a bang for your buck for ordering at the counter. A lot of stuff is expensive here, so it’s perfect for a fun date. But, the food that you order is actually like 2$ below average for the area in price which is awesome!"
