When supervisor called me back, she took up for the rep that hung up on me. If I could go back in time, OneMain would never have gotten my business. So unprofessional. If your job bothers you that bad, find another one."

"There is a woman that works there named Gina. If that’s her real name because she was hesitant to say… but her level of customer service is something i would not recommend. It is a white woman that sits at the second desk on the right when you walk in. I came in, told her what was told to me from her corporate office and she was like okay and that has nothing to do with me. One Main was okay to deal with as long as you know the interest is out of control but please don’t go to the colonial heights location. The custom service there or lack of rather is poor."
