"Fouad was incredible to work with. I ordered a framed shower door online. After having two different companies who swore they could install the door failed, I reached to Fouad bc the shower door started to separate. I called on a Sunday concerned the doors would fall on one of my children. He made it a point to show up the next day and worked diligently. Fouad identified the door was never installed correctly and the installers never properly secured the door to the floor, nor did they use a level and the measurements were indeed off. I had him disassemble the entire door and re- install properly (third times a charm, right)? I will never use another shower glass installer for anything. Thank you so much Fouad, I can finally use my shower without it leaking."
