"I often work with Potomac Title Group Services for my clients. This time around, I was the buyer. They handled my 1031 Tax Deferral Exchange purchase like pros! They even were helpful to me with the sale of my Florida investment property, in spite of the fact that the buyer for that property chose a different title company. This purchase had some complications to it due to the 1031 and the specialty loan product and how those two things interacted, and the fact that I ended up testing positive for Covid the day before closing.
