"I usually don’t write reviews but I feel obligated to do so. The time management of the office staff is very poor. I came in today to get my daughters eyeglasses adjusted and waited 45 minutes before deciding to leave because I had another appointment. While I am all for great customer service I watch several of the ladies holding extensive conversations, turning around talking to patients behind them ,patients beside them etc. It is important to be mindful of not only the person that you were serving but also patients that are waiting to be served. This is not the first time that I’ve experience this type of wait at this particular office. I won’t be back again."
