"Since the moment I started working at His or Hers Salon I knew this was the place for me. Believe it or not I started at the Front desk. I soon felt inspired to do hair because of all the talented stylist in the salon and the opportunity presented itself. It couldn’t have come at a better timing in my life. I knew once I signed up I was going to receive top notch education. The salon it’s self had already an amazing associate program before they became an institute but that was my sign to go ahead and be one of their first students and I honestly have no regret so far. You have the best Educators in RVA whom have been doing this for years! I have never felt so supported by these amazing women. I feel like I have gain a family and have learned so much from every single person in this building. The owners are amazing!!!! I absolutely love Stephanie and Heather. They are always pushing you beyond your limits. Fear has never been an option. It’s such a professional environment and I am honored to be part of their team."
