"As of late, Covid-19 has made access to a lot of public services a little bit harder. I received a call today from Mr. Steven/Stephen (sic) at the County Clerk's office because i had missed a few items in the renewal documents. He was more than willing to inform me and help me through getting the items to him. I was able to schedule same day and i was out in minutes. Everyone that was working in this building today where consummate professionals, from the Officers on duty to the Clerk staff. Thank you for your diligence and your service to our community!!"

"Let me tell you about customer service. The ladies in Finance exemplify exactly what those words mean. I needed to set up a payment plan, and just could not seem to ever make it there before they closed every day. Well today I called while I was on my way, and said that I would get there a few minutes. They told me to come on, and they would wait. However, I got stopped by the drawbridge and don't get there until 4:15. Those ladies waited for me, until I arrived. They went above and beyond, even when it was a huge inconvenience for them. This was THE BEST court experience of any type, that I have dealt with in my entire life. Thanks again ladies. You took a huge burden off of me."
