"I pay for shipping and get the label online. I've NEVER had a problem, getting the label printed out; as I box or tape up my parcel. This location pulls a face and acts like I'm asking them to burn through printer ink. They won't pick up packages at a set time or knock on doors, trying to find the drop off location. What happened to Front Royal USPS? They're about to lose a loyal customer, for UPS."
"Mail man doesn't follow delivery instructions. If it's a $50+ large item order, it's left where people can steal it. I've even had packages left in my neighbour's mailbox. I always make to leave clear instructions and plead, to deliver it at my door. Especially if the package is too big for my mailbox!"
"Why are the calls in automated? And why is my post lady allowed to drop my packages outside in the rain ? Why are they allowed to be lazy? If I were you, I'd be ashamed of myself. I hope somebody handles her mail the way she treats everyone else's. Also. She is illiterate and cannot read. "I have CONSTANT issues with this post office. WORST post office I have ever dealt with. They have lazy workers and it's somehow acceptable. They refuse to deliver packages more than a half mile away from cluster boxes, which in all honestly, for regular homes, you should be delivering to their homes anyway not cluster boxes, but again, lazy. Neighborhood is built up enough to have an HOA , but usps can't deliver? Ups, FedEx and Amazon deliver but not usps. Nearly impossible to get a hold of someone , cranky people at the front counter, continously can't find packages. Also, who stays open for a government holiday but then doesn't put that they won't have staff just the doors will be open?!? At least have a drop/cluster box option at the post office so people can call ahead and pick up their packages after hours given that most people work the hours your open and you know you don't deliver to a lot of people who live in "front royal"."
