"They have 2 locations. One is 100 Tyson Dr. And the other location is 341 Snowden Bridge Blvd. I had a 22:00 appt. I was given the Tyson drive address which turned out to be wrong. Like the other gentleman in the reviews I showed up and it was shut down. Following day I was told to go to Snowden Bridge. I was a work-in because I was considered late. I was delivering not picking up. They gave me a door right away. I went in to help the forklift driver put plywood on top of each pallet so they can stack them. It took 30 min. Very easy. In and out in 2 hours."

"This place is very tight. I was 30 minutes early, and it took 4.5 hours to load me. Note they make you go in and accompany the loader on the dock. The say it's optional to help however if you refuse the guy said it's going to take twice as long. If you are disabled like me this is a problem. Don't come here if you have a med card with a disability that restricts physical activity. No overnight parking no bathroom."
