"We are new in the area, and needed help with some information about needing primer with certain paints, and a few other questions. We stood and looked for about 10 minutes then approached the counter. Apparently we were invisible because there were 4-5 employees standing and talking never once asking did we need help? They actually never acknowledged our presence. We finally turned and as we walked out the door, one yelled at us "come again". I expect MUCH better from Tennessee people as we have family and friends across the state, and have always had nothing but hospitality."
