"When I arrived for my appointment everyone was busy, the nail tech that ended up doing my nails was working on some amazing Spiderman nails which were very detailed so it put me a little behind my scheduled time but I didn’t care to care and plus she completely blew the Spider-Man nails out of the park, I was jealous I didn’t have those. But once we got started on my mine she worked fast and effectively and I think this is the first time that I’ve had my nails done in like the 9 years that I have been getting them done off and on that the shape seems just perfect. Leann did an absolute amazing job on my nails and the girl before me nails!"

"I didn’t hate my nails or the price, but I thought it was rushed and subpar. I just moved here so I figured maybe it’s just different in Charlotte but I’ve been told this was not normal so I’m sharing… When I arrived, there was no music on and techs were on their phone with speaker phone on. It was loud, other techs were behind me very close to me yelling over top of my head. I started with one lady and she kept hitting my skin with the grinder so she got frustrated and left and gave it to someone else. She was a lot more mad about it than I was, I reassured her it was okay. She got up mad and started working on someone else so I couldn’t tell if it was at me or what. I’m used to other people carrying on other conversations in another language in nail salons, but it got awkward being I was the only person in there and everyone was on their phone or yelling across the room to each other. This went on the entire time, I definitely felt weird and a bit isolated. I went twice thinking maybe it would be different the second time, but it was worse. I still tipped well for the work, but definitely didn’t enjoy my experience. I hate giving reviews that are less than 5 stars, but if you like a nice experience, not just okay nails, skip this place."

"I originally was wanting LeAnns nails but I realize now that is someone you would have to personally book an appointment for. So I will be doing this review for True nails since I didn't get LeAnn. Upon walking in, the place has an overwhelming paint fume smell , which is to be expected but I didn't see how they ventilated the place with the door being closed . We were quick to be seen which was cool. I decided to go with simplicity for my first acrylic nails. They didn't have a large selection for dark colors but I found one that was pretty and edgy at the same time. My friend got the same exact thing but short and round. I told the man I wanted short coffin nails. At first I thought he said he couldn't do the coffin but later tried to do it. That I appreciated a lot. After he put the glue on my nails, my pinky started burning ( not the nail) read before that could happen sometime s if you were allergic to the chemicals or stuff they use. I thought maybe the glue got onto my finger and I'm bad at confrontation and didn't want to bother the man so I didn't say anything. While the man was filing my nails, he was on his phone too, which I felt wasn't very professional. I wanted the same color as my friend and I was wondering if they only had one nail polish in that color. My friend had LeAnn who had the nail polish on her counter . When LeAnn walked away and I said I wanted the same, the man looked in the back but when he saw the polish on my friends counter, he took it. I felt bad for a while but LeAnn found another one in the back. Although my nails are slightly crooked and not perfectly coffin shaped, for a first time I think my nails look good. However, when I checked out, my total cost more than my friends, who got the same thing but a different shape. I was expecting to pay $63 though so it's not too bad ig."

"I found my new favorite nail tech and salon!!! Vivian was so wonderful and attentive to my every need. She did an amazing job on my eyebrows and don’t get me started about the Volcano spa pedicure Package, it was amazing! I totally recommend! The hot stones and paraffin wax were so relaxing! My feet look and feel amazing. My gorgeous chrome full set is definitely the highlight of the day. Such an elegant iridescent sheen! I appreciate her not rushing and giving me exactly what I came for. Thanks Vivian for a truly awesome afternoon of pampering!!❤️ I will definitely be back!"
