"I ordered my family’s Thanksgiving meal for Go Cart pickup at this location. My pickup time was noon, and I planned my travel from Knoxville, TN, to get to Food City to pick it up right on time. At noon, I was told they were behind and it would be 30 more minutes. I was nice about it and said I would wait. At 12:40, I was told it would be 15 more minutes. I’m still in the 15-minute wait, but I’ve learned my lesson: don’t trust Food City in Galax, VA, with your family’s Thanksgiving dinner."

"Had a bad several experiences with the deli then when I told Mike the manager he took a tone of condescension and acted like with entitled attitude as if he wasn't a 40 something man who wasted his life and is now stuck with the barely above minimum wage job babysitting high-school kids doing a part time gig then move on to actually be beneficial to society I can understand why he's bitter and sad but it's not my fault and is no excuse for poor customer service Gave 2 stars the pharmacy staff is pretty nice"
