"The entire experience, from start to finish, was a nightmare. They did not clean up after themselves. This included the pool installation clean up and their personal garbage clean up. They left cigarette butts, gum wrappers, chewed gum, candy wrappers, chip wrappers and bottles littered all over our property. Payment was persistently requested before the pool installation was completed. Once the installation was finished and we were filling our pool and they were paid, they went on an out of town vacation and were unable to assist us when we notified them that the pump was leaking profusely. They did return, several days later, to silicone patch the pump, without notifying us, of course. However, they have yet to come and replace the damaged rail on the pool as they promised to and when we contacted them regarding the hole that was made in the pool liner by the faulty pool ladder we were given (even though we were told we would be given steps) they said it was not their fault that a hole formed where a faulty pool ladder was installed directly on top of a concrete footer. We chose to shop locally and it has cost us greatly. We encourage everyone to shop elsewhere for their above ground pool needs."
