"Great company, good people, reasonable prices. We have had extensive work done with Bud Hypes. They are always busy so an appointment will be needed, but they are always friendly and helpful. They have put in a new well pump, pressure tank, water filter, all new lines coming into the house, and new lines going out, cleared and attached the septic, and installed two toilets. Trust me, if you are having plumbing issues they can fix it!"

"After having two others show up and tell me they could not unclog the line and and $3,000. to do the repair Bud arrived, worked on it for about and hour and a half and he cleared the line...Not a miracle worker but knows his stuff."

"This company completely destroyed the yard at my parent’s house while fixing the * neighbor’s * plumbing and they are now refusing to fix it. Not only did they throw rocks and dirt everywhere, they also cut down several of our bushes without asking beforehand. The yard is so destroyed that it’s going to be impossible to even mow the grass. When confronted, Bud initially was condescending and confrontational. Once that didn’t work, he lied and said he had permission from the neighbors to cut down the bushes. They did not."

"This was the worst plumbing experience my family and I have ever had. DO NOT USE THEM. They did not do the basic job that was required and when we called to get them to fix it they did not care about quality or customer service. We now have to cut a whole in the ceiling to put in a basic trap that is required in order to keep the sewer smell and sound out! This is not only inconvenient but dangerous to breath in, not to mention flammable! We paid them over $5000 for the service and now have to redo the terrible job he did!! (Which is costing more money) needless to say I highly recommend you choose someone who cares about their customers and quality of work."
