"Honestly, the best Walmart for 100 miles. Still a Walmart but usually less traffic as most, friendlier workers, and a few different items."
"The Customer Service Desk Employee was very rude from the minute I approached the desk. I was returning items with a receipt that was bought yesterday with cash. I bought Christmas Lights, Detergent and a Reusable Coffee Fliter. The lady refused to do my return and I was told it's store policy that you can not return any item that is related to a holiday after the holiday, even though it was boughtafter the holiday. I was also told they do not do return if it's bought at another Walmart. I took the items to the Beckley Walmart and received a Full Cash Refund. The lady that's worked at Service Desk for 7 years is always rude. I no longer will shop at this location."

"If I could put a negative star I would. This is the biggest hick town you could ever ask for all the employees wants to do everything, but their job. They won't even get off the cell phone. Long enough to ring out worthless, lazy, and disrespectful Walmart. You could ever ask for if you want 0 customer service, come here."
