"Excellent experience with this shoe shop! Took in a 9 year old pair of ariat cowboys boots that have been worn every where and then some. I had them leather conditioned and polished, in addition to them replacing the heel and leather sole. This was at the advice of the cobbler mind you. However I already knew the shoe would need work and the tip was coming away from the sole due to so much wear. The quality of work was fantastic and I will be dropping off my Frye boots for repair next!!! Last, It only took 7 days to get the shoes back which was awesome. They do take credit cards for payment!"

"Awesome quality and service! I have taken my high end shoes to Alex's Shoe Repair since 1985. Alex took pride in repairing,restoring, cutting heels to perfection of quality Italian shoes. The finished product looked like new again which always amazed me with joy. Alex is 90 plus years old and has retired a couple of years ago. I was reluctant to trust anyone besides Alex to care for my shoes and boots. Then I remembered Alex’s nephew worked side. Alex’s nephew is now restoring my boots and shoes."
