"Did NOTHING but, basically added my retainer to the Elliot Christmas fund I'm sure. Had I appeared in flip flops and a tank top before the court would have gotten the same result, the worst possible outcome. The officer that cited me gave me more consideration and help than this office. Everything in the sales pitch I was told by the receptionist was worthless because if 10+ years experience got me my result then be for warned!"

"If I could give no stars I would. This office and this lawyers abilities are completely misleading. This lawyer did nothing but take my money and walked away with no changes to my charge and no changes to the money I owe the courts. As a African American woman I feel completely taken advantage of. I received the exact result as if I would have went in there alone and had no lawyer. All he did was take my 850$ and gave me no results. So ignore the website that promotes him getting drag racing and all those other extraneous charges knocked down unless YOUR CAUCASIAN OF COURSE! In that case book him!. I had reckless driving 93/70 and walked away with a guilty and a suspened license and full court fees. If you need help go to Mr. Matney in Newport News. He is true to his job and helps African Americans whom are trying to better themselves as well as there communities. I hate to make it a race thing but at this point thats what it is in york county. Save you time and sanity this lawyer will have you flustered at negative results from his representation! He also gave me no prior advising, nothing I should do beforehand to lessen the blow or anything. Made it seem like he could handle it, truly a thief."
"I had a 26 over speeding ticket as a first offense. James Elliot took care of everything, and when an emergency came up and I had to be out of town on my court date he got everything handled and the charges dismissed. Very affordable, easy, and straight forward."
