"Bad company and some Dispach preference with drivers and the general manager of the Dispach knows it and allows it, I do not recommend it."
"They took care of me and my family and I really appreciate them for helping me and my wife and kids. I came on with another driver and brought my own truck and I’m thankful very thankful for the opportunity they offered and gave. Salute to the owner. I haven’t had a chance to meet them all but one day I’m sure it will come. Also I’m in the Savannah Georgia area and still leased on. And West Virginia my first cousin Sam James Clark yeah that’s right he in the pros now salute for the love y’all showed I’m super proud. And ibv thank y’all all for the love and support. Sincerely yours Kenneth Bryan morris aka kbm keeping business moving llc. Now let’s get to these loads to the customers. Salute to the team"
"As a broker, this team has been phenomenal to work with. Aralyn, Troy, and Carina have just been thorough and very communicative. They’ve been consistently moving difficult freight for me and have absolutely done great. I would recommend them to anyone. They have friendly personalities and make you feel heard."
"Was driving down 95 towards northern va today and their driver was bobbing and weaving thru traffic as if he’s in a sub compact getting within a couple feet from my bumper and other drivers. The guy is going to kill someone."
"I was a driver at IBV and there entire operation was poor. They didnt have qulified or experienced dispatchers that knew what they were doing, there was faviortizim with some drivers and dispatch. The owners were not knowledgeable about the business, or FMCSA rules and regulations. They had an inexperienced safety staff, they have falsified logs due to experienced safety staff. Drivers recoards were not kept up to date, office staff if replaced to often, money been excepted by dispatch who gave certain drivers the good or decent freight. Some Office staff totally unprofessional (Dispatch) they only answer the phone for certain drivers, driver pay checks bounce, company meetings are a waste, owners need to be more involved with whats going on at every terminal the have open. If FMCSA were to look into this company at short notice, they would get shut down. I would not recommend anyone to work at IBV in Norfolk unless they get everything in order, and operate trucks legally. By the way, if DOT is at any specific terminal, they notify drivers of this so they avoid being possible inspected and being shut down, this goes to show they allow illegal trucks to operate on the road. They have trucks leased on that are dangerous to operate on the road which is there reason for avoiding DOT inspections. DOT inspections are performed to keep drivers and others that share the road with these drivers safe, but these companies allow unsafe trucks to operate on the road that should not be out there, and IBV is one of those companies. If they hire qualified employees for this type business, there standards could improve significantly, but until then, they are running illegal. They think money can get them out of FMCSA issues or allow them to get by with certain incidents, if you no what I mean by saying that. I have heard the owner is in the mob and use the company as a stand behind business. If you get his name, google it and you should be able to find out his background. I never looked it up, I was going off hear say, and had left the company anyway. Good luck if you decide to become a part of there team."
