They claim to be an 'industry leader in providing settlement administration and litigation management services to law firms, corporations, and government agencies' and having 'cutting edge technologies'. They were put in charge of a settlement that Kroll originally screwed up and not only did it take them months, with no communication to the class members, but they too somehow messed up the calculations. And so those who are due a settlement have to wait even longer. They deserve no stars."
