"After hitting the buzzer to get in the door and waiting for them to remotely unlock, you go to the counter and wait several minutes while they ignore you. They know you're there (they buzzed you in). It's a big room behind the counter and only a few reps/desks, but they are all positioned as far away from the window as possible. Wouldn't want anyone in a position where they might feel they have to be responsive. I'm here to to pick up a shipment that the trucking co reported was delivered Friday (it's now Monday). I called at 9:40 this morning and was told my shipment was being unloaded (not a large shipment). Delayed a bit and got here at 12:20. Now they say it's still being unloaded and it will be an hour or two. It's only 3 cu meters of goods! Unless you enjoy slow moving, incompetent staff, I would avoid this place if at all possible."
