"Reviews really should have an angry Emoji before the 1 star. Vaughn Jones was my attorney recently. If nothing t for me and my wife speaking up regarding my case I would be locked up now. Also, it was bad enough the state trooper lied but to sit in court and have the Henrico prosecutor lie as well while in court was not expected. My charges dealt with restored rights and ineligible to purchase a firearm. My charges were in the state of California. After speaking with the Virginia states rights restoration and going through their process did I find out that my rights were restored automatically after I completed my probation back in 2016. However, it gets tricky here bc it was obvious that the trooper didn't know Californias law, the prosecutor was clueless along with Vaughn Jones. The only person in that courtroom that asked the right question was the judge. Just be careful ppl"

"Vaughn Jones is an over priced lawyer. Who never talked to my daughter he was suppose to represent in court. He never returned any of my calls until I went by his office and there is no one physically there. And when he was told he was unretained is when I received a call. He will not be representing my daughter in court but will not give a full refund of the over price fees. With his arrogance he said if I repeated after him on the phone and say everything he wanted me to say he would give the rest of the money. As if he was recording me. And when I refused he just said wish your daughter the best of luck. Beware do not hire this guy especially don’t give him your money without researching his reviews! Wish I did...."
