"Barbara Queen assisted my husband and me in navigating some tricky issues with his employer. She is knowledgeable, helpful, understanding, responsive, and kind. Deadlines were met promptly, and the office staff were professional and friendly. I'd recommend Ms. Queen and her colleagues with no hesitation."
"I’d look elsewhere if you want a firm that actually does something for their client - all they do is charge you through the roof for every little thing but ultimately they do nothing to put their client first. It’s all about the money to them - I do not recommend them to anybody. The only person worth speaking to is the office manager. And please, no need to comment back because your reviews are already trending down as I should have looked before reaching out to this company. Waste of time and money. Oh, but they were lenient on their payback plan - since of course they’re going to get theirs while robbing you for every uncalculated second. Wouldn’t trust them."
"My consultation with Ms Passero was very professional and informative. Although I will not be moving forward with the $10,000-$12,000 base retainer (meaning it can increase with each billing period until the case is over) I am more prepared with options to circle back with Ms Passero at a lower cost if need be for my particular case. She provided an honest review with potential outcomes. If you have the money, I highly recommend Ms Passero for employment issues. I advise that you go prepared with your top 5 questions to make full use of the price you have paid for your 30 minute consultation. I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 because on average I found other local consultations to be 1 hour and not 30 minutes for the same cost."
"Contacted this lawfirm for a phone consultation of roughly $150 in 2019. I spoke with Ms. Amezquita. I wasn't too sure on how to go forward with reporting fraud and how to go about potential retaliation if I go forward with the complaint. She did not really understand the federal government/contracting side of the situation and essentially said that she can't help until after I submit the fraud complaint. Fastforward to early 2020, I submitted the fraud allegations to the DoD OIG, and I was immediately removed from the contract I was on in korea from the government employee in charge. He was found guilty of fraud, waste, and abuse of over 500k USD. He was removed then removed from Korea, but not before the government employee forced me to leave Korea (wouldn't allow me to charge hours to contract and wouldn't approve my repatriation earnings). I reached out to Ms. Amezquita again to see what my options were now that I've been retaliated against, but I was told I need to pay another consultation fee to discuss this...lol. I then tried to follow-up with this case on the US/Gov. side and potentially recieve a reward for my report. Unfortunately a lawyer was suppose to file a qui tam -before- I submitted a fraud, waste, and abuse claim. (Wish she would have told me this at the very least considering I paid for professional advice) To top all of this off, I still recieve junk emails for contacting the office by email which I never recall signing up for anywhere. Ultimately, I'd look elsewhere if you're looking for experts in the field."
"We set up a consultation and everything went well. I sent the 150$ but I didn't send it "fast enough" so they sold my consultation to someone else. Clearly it's only about the money to them, they could care less about your case. They said it's because I didn't pay it before 4pm. But I received the email to pay them at 3:44pm so how was I supposed to pay it in 16 minutes? Middle of the day. It's absolutely ridiculous. I will never call these people again and I'd advise you not to call them either. They do not care about your case"
