"Had an appointment today with Dr Cavros who is Dr. Patterson's replacement. Didn't have enough respect for me to even walk in the room and meet me being the first appointment with him. Practitioner wanted to schedule a device check on my pacemaker and was totally unaware I had a device check 3 weeks prior. Made major medication changes without any reason or explanation. Major med changes should be your Physicians decision with serious consultation with your physician. My healthcare is very important to me but obviously not important to Dr. Cavros. Being monopolized in the marketplace leaves you with substandard healthcare. Ballad Healthcare has monopolized the healthcare we receive, this is a good example of how monopolization works."
