"I have to say I was extremely disappointed in Kane, Jeffries specifically Patrick Carollo. My initial call with Patrick was great so we decided to use him as a lawyer for a sale we were participating in. Once we committed and started the process everything went down hill. Patrick missed delivery dates that he himself promised to hit. Then after missing the dates he would not return calls and when he did they were short emails that didn’t cover all questions asked. Patrick knew we were too committed to switching and leaving so he had us in a corner. Lastly, he took the opportunity to charge more than double what was initially quoted and when we question the overcharge he knocked it down to double the quote saying it was a misunderstanding. This double amount was still 75% higher than other lawyers quoted amounts. There was no misunderstanding except for the fact Patrick knew he could get away with it. We paid it because we were in a corner. If you’re using a lawyer it is a big deal and you want someone you can trust. We unfortunately could not trust them one bit after all of the issues."
