"Very disappointed!! Paid $500 for them to take care of my ticket and court date - just to never get an update on how it went. I then called multiple times to try to get an update and nobody would communicate with me. Even after I was told I would get a call back. I had to investigate myself to find out I owed a steep fine for my ticket. If you want professionalism - go somewhere else. Especially for paying $500. This business is a joke."
