When I got there, they immediately told me that they couldn't be fixed and I may as well throw them away. Found a few videos and order the supplies myself and fixed them in 20 minutes. It seems shoe repair stores are stuck in the past and refuse to learn how to fix newer shoes."

"I found this small shop by driving through the shopping center and figured I would try and salvage my favorite boots. They were very nice and I explained what I needed. He had a sole in mind that would do the trick with the half sole and heel replacement. It didn’t match perfectly but I couldn’t complain with the price. I went to pick them up and he had ordered a matching full bottom sole and solid rubber heel replacement to make it more appealing and they look amazing. I actually like them more now than originally! I had great customer service from both of the guys I interacted with. Oh and the shop is open Saturday’s 9-4p."
