"I showed up for my appointment 6 minutes late and I got yelled at because I was late yet they weren’t even ready to take me because the nail tech was doing her own nails. Amy yelled at me multiple times in front of the store because I wasn’t answering her questions fast enough. I was then sat down and was quoted $85 for dip powder and chrome. I then asked for French tip and my nail tech told me she did not know how to do a simple French tip. I then just told the nail tech to take my dip off and that’s it and she was super rude about that and absolutely destroyed my nails and they have been breaking and the worst state they have ever been in. Amy’s nails is the least hospitable nail salon I have ever been to and I will never be returning."

"Absolutely horrible experience! Went on a Monday for a walk-in. We waited a long time even after being seated for a pedicure. I did not get a massage or file down. Then, I had to have them come put more nail polish on because she did one coat them immediately did a top coat before waiting for it to dry. So it was see-through. Instead of doing it over, she just added coats. I asked for another person, and they sent the same woman back. The picture was the result of nails. My friend got a gel manicure, and the woman told her she didn't do pedicures, but they didn't have enough people. So she butchered my friends' toes and even made them bleed. To make matters worse, there was no discount, and the "boss" said maybe I was talking and didn't notice the massage. Well, that's a bad massage, so the woman who did my so-called pedicure said she did it quick. Again, that in itself is a poor job. Will never return or recommend this place."
