"Quoted and charge us for electrical reconnecting and then did NOT do it. Took 8 weeks to even get someone out here, then bailed last minute and had to push out work a day. Job was subpar and floor is so horribly uneven. Would not reccomend their services. Edit to respond to them: It took 8 weeks to get someone out here to do the job we put a deposit on before memorial day. The person who quoted us did not do a thorough check to see what all would be needed and quoted incorrectly. He quoted that electrical could be done when he had no apparent right to do so when he had no idea what qualifications the installer might have. The floor was apparently uneven before installer showed up and quoter could have noticed it and quoted accordingly, but failed to. So installers quoted $1000 to do way more than necessary to level a floor. Not gonna fall for a last minute add on to pad your pocket. We asked for a discount when your cancelled the first possible day to work because you told us it was a 1 day job if more than one person could come. My father was signing your praises to your face because he's nicer than I am. Let's just hope the quality of product is better than the quality of work. I am not fraudulent. Half of what was paid is my money and I am half owner of the house you worked in."
