"I was recently gifted a facial at Luxe Unlimited at the Woodland Hills Independent Living in Roanoke, VA. I had never had a facial before or been at the Woodland Hills facility, so I didn’t know what to expect. I arrived at Woodland Hills to find close and ample parking. Once inside this beautiful facility, I was warmly welcomed by the staff and escorted to the salon, which also was quite lovely. Eshae was my Esthetician and quickly made me feel at ease. Once we exchanged pleasantries and she explained what I was to expect, she left momentarily to allow me to disrobe, put on a luxurious spa robe, and climb onto the awaiting table. This table was ergonomically designed,making it quite comfortable and the bedding was warm, soft and inviting. The atmosphere could not have been more relaxing! The temperature was perfect, the room was fragranced by a lovely aromatherapy, and the sounds of a combination of relaxing waves and music were softly playing in the background. I was already feeling pampered and Eshae had not even begun! Honestly, I cannot accurately explain all that Eshae did during my facial, but what I can say is that she was nothing short of amazing! She exhibited her talented and well honed skills with a soft voice and a gentle, continual, and smooth stroke of her hands. The products she used were warm, gentle on my sensitive skin, and had pleasant aromas. It didn’t take long for me to be totally relaxed to the point I not only fell asleep, but was dreaming! Upon completion of this unforgettable experience, not only Eshae, but the Woodland Hills staff thanked me for coming and were very friendly and kind. Needless to say, the entire experience was one to remember! I will most definitely return to Eshae at Luxe Unlimited at the Woodland Hills Independent Living facility for all of my future facials.
