"Staff was really friendly but their work wasn’t quite good. I asked for some heart shapes on my nails but had to ask to remove because they couldn’t get it to look good. Very disappointing."

"Stopped while traveling for work and hit the jackpot! Got the best dip manicure and gel pedicure I have ever had. The artist shaped my nails perfectly, made sure the dip was even and not too thick. Was also quick and efficient without sacrificing quality. Pedicure was amazing, great little massage and the same high quality as the manicure. Location is clean and staff is very friendly! Go get your nails done here!! Thanks LA Nails, I will be back the next time I am in Roanoke!"

"I will not be going back here. I went to get my nails done, and they did a terrible job. The paint chipped in a couple of days. I told them my nail was raised, and she proceeded to put nail glue instead of removing the acrylic needless to say, my nail chipped. My nails did not last a couple of weeks. The manager kept pressuring me for other services. I told her I loved the way I looked. She laughed and said something in her native language, and the others started laughing as well. The nail tech did not listen to what I wanted. If you are a person of color, I suggest you stay far away from this establishment. If I could give them a negative 5 star for the worst nail place ever I would!!!"

"This place is an absolute disgrace. Last time I came here the nail tech asked me if I wanted every service except callus removal. She did a great job with the pedicure. I told her no to every single service. Got the register and the lady had a callus removal charge on my receipt I asked her to write out for me. She gave me my $5 back for that because she didn’t ask me about that. FF to today, I went in they asked what color we wanted and I said regular polish for everything. This lady went down every price for me on the menu trying to be funny. I’m black and I told her the money isn’t the problem but we didn’t want to pay for those extra things. She started telling me the different cost in lengths, colors etc. I told her you didn’t do that for all those people sitting in the chair (white) so why would you do that with me & my child. I ended up leaving. When I left I heard her still saying things behind my back. I think that was rude for her to do that. She said it’s $5 to take of regular polish. That’s a lie! They have never charged me for that. The problem is they upsell. They get mad when you don’t accept their upselling services. They try to find prices that’s not listed to make up almost like price gouging. I value my money more than I value experiences. They steal money in your face Very profiling Very unprofessional Very rude and mean I would recommend not going and if you do start holding them accountable to what they are charging you before and after you check out."
