"His wife Kim is a terrible staff member for their corporation. Doug personally knew my mother growing up. When she passed recently in August he promised my family he would guide my brother and I through the process of understanding certain areas of family law. This review is strictly for Kim and her atrocious attitude when taking clients in for counsel. Upon her rejecting my multiple attempts to contact Doug for family matters; when I needed to contact the office for private counsel under criminal matters Kim answered the phone yelling "WE WILL NOT REPRESENT YOU" hanging up the phone and blocking my personal number. I personally believe Kim has prejudices to those families she deems financially unfit to retain counsel. I used to be a fan of Mr.Fleenor hearing of his work my whole life growing up. Only to be slapped in the face when I needed him the most. Not by him directly, but in the manner his wife represents his corporation."
