Reviews of Culinary Concepts AB
"My mom, sister and I took the basic pasta class with Ingrid and highly recommend it! Ingrid is so warm, knowledgeable, and down to earth; we felt like we were in our friends kitchen, just having the best time! Ingrid made everything incredibly easy for us, and took any possible anxiety about making fresh pasta away. We were greeted with a quick tour and some delicious crostini with goat cheese and roasted sweet potato and refreshments. The instructions were clear, we had a blast, and the food was top notch!l (the Parmesan cream sauce is life changing!) They offer so many other classes in addition to the basic pasta course, and their organization supports workforce re-entry efforts for recently released and currently incarcerated individuals by offering education and certifications within the food service industry, so when you go, you’re supporting a vital mission as well! Do yourself a favor and sign up for a class (or 3)-you’ll be happy you did!"
"We had an amazing experience with Chef Ingrid. She was super engaging and helped us prepared a wonderful meal. The environment really made us feel like we were in the back of the house preparing a meal for guests. Would absolutely do it again. Thank you Chef Ingrid for an awesome experience."
"My husband and I had a wonderful experience with Chef Ingrid during the Pasta Basics course. While my husband and I love to cook and typically don't shy away from much, making pasta from scratch has always been a little intimidating for us. Chef Ingrid's approach made it fun and simple and now we feel much more comfortable making pasta on our own. Not only was she proficient and helpful, she was also kind and had a great sense of humor and we really enjoyed chatting with her. We'd love to take another class with Chef Ingrid! Thank you for giving us such a wonderful experience."
"Our Goodwill Team building exercise was a huge success! I enjoyed getting to know my colleagues while learning the proper way to hold a knife, make the best infused olive oil, and prepare a delicious meal using fresh, local ingredients. Chef Antwon Brinson was funny, ready to answer questions, yet patient. Chef truly inspired me with his passion for empowering his students to pursue and develop their gifts. Cook on, Chef!"
