"After numerous requests to assist my elderly parents by removing tube and throwing paper in the driveway or yard, it continues to be in the busy street or on the opposite side of the road, causing a very dangerous situation. Requested management to help. Would give a zero star if I could. They’ve been customers since the 70’s."

"This news paper is now taking the policy of banning those on Facebook that offer any criticism of Ballad health. There are other news services and I advise people to choose one that realizes the importance of the 1rst amendment. Freedom of the press exists to protect the citizens from corruption by bringing said corruption to light. Times-News is now a PR firm for Ballad Health and no longer an outlet to receive trustworthy news."

"Never had this issue before.I've used the classifieds for 6 years in a row and as always I go there on friday afternoon at 415 and was disappointed to hear that the ad wouldnt start til tues so i asked why and was told because they were done with the weekend ads and had turned them in.so they ran from tuesday til tuesday.i go there yesterday on friday walk in at 430 and was informed they AGAIN WOULDNT run til tuesday!!yesterday the excuse for NOT running my ad was they stop taking ads at 4 o'clock!!makes no sense and costed me 2weeks in the long run!I think people should know this considerably since most workin folks on days dont even get off til 4."
