After explaining the need the creature barely formed the syllables to say "we wouldn't handle that kind of request" - after which I said "Ok, can you direct me to someone that would?" but they had already hung up. At first he wanted to tell me he wasn't an attorney, that he was only a voice for my son in court. This man is a liar. By the end of our conversation he informed me that he was a Federal Attorney. "This guy is very arrogant, condescending and insulting. He is supposed to be on my side? I informed him after giving him over a month to call me back and he didn't that I wanted another lawyer. Calling your clients back is the beginning of professionalism. He didn't do that. When I finally did get to talk to this jerk, he insults me, someone who he is supposed to "help."
