"One star is one to many my claim was settled almost two years ago. This man has still not sent the money because he said it was his job to send it to the bill collector. I cannot get him to answer the phone for me. These bills are ruining my credit. They are making it hard for me to do anything and he has the money but will not give it to me or the bill collector. I am absolutely appalled. I spoke with someone and they said to give it time he needs time to get the money sent to the proper channels for this has been going on for two years how Much more time does he need!!!!! I have left multiple voicemails and started my case in april, havent heard from anyone since april and never recieved any papers to sign, yet they contacted the insurance and said they was representing me.
