"During our purchase, we encountered an unfortunate situation where the atta bag we bought was discovered to be opened upon lifting it into our car. When we attempted to return it, the manager, along with other staff members, displayed rude and unprofessional behavior. They declined responsibility, stating that the issue occurred outside the store and was therefore not their concern. However, it was the exceptional assistance of the counter lady that salvaged the situation. Her efficient and customer-oriented service stood in stark contrast to the manager's dismissive attitude. It was only due to her intervention that the problem was eventually resolved. The conduct of the manager and some of your staff members were unfair. The role of a manager should be centered on conflict resolution and customer satisfaction, not dismissive behavior that drives customers away. I hope this feedback prompts a reevaluation of the store's customer service policies and staff training, as this incident reflects poorly on the store's reputation and has resulted in the loss of a loyal customer. My review is for improvement for betterment."

"Very rude staff. The man at the register did not want to accept his Apple Pay machine was malfunctioning and then when I started paying with gift cards, he got frustrated and became very rude. He was disrespectful and insulting. I have been coming here for three years and will no longer be coming here. They do not deserve anyone’s business."

"The manager (Sitar) is very rude & does not stand behind the store or their products. We bought a bag of Sher brand Atta (flour) from Shri Krishna Grocery store. After a few days, we noticed bugs in the atta. We later went to the store for normal shopping & mentioned the 'atta having bugs' problem to the manager. He said bring the atta back & he will refund or exchange. We informed him that we had already used some atta & he said no problem. When my wife took the atta back to the store, Mr. Sitar began yelling at her & my mother. This person did not give any refund & no customer service other than being very uneducated by screaming at my family in front of other customers. We have been customers for more than 25 years with no problems before... NOW WE WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN !! The store & the manager should be ashamed of themselves... acting like enemies to their patrons."
