"Horrible Service! Will not be going back. This might be my first ever google review but i don’t want people wasting their money and time coming here. This will be a long review because of multiple things that were just WRONG. I was a walk in customer and have been there before once and it was a simple gel polish i got done, not too bad the last time so i went in this time with the idea of getting french tips and nail art on one finger, initially when i showed the design she said she can replicate it. However half way into the process she said she’s only doing french nails for me because it will cost me $25 more for EACH nail that i get nail art on. I persisted to get the design i wanted regardless of the price even though $25 for each nail art is high! Towards the end she tried to convince me to get flower shaped charms on my hand instead of the actual design but thats not what i came in for so i refused. She started yelling to her colleagues about something which i could not interpret and then another nail tech pulls up a chair next to me asking for the picture and a third nail tech hovered over me trying to show her how she could make it. And seeing all that i was concerned and said i’ll just get the french tips. She did a rushed job, my cuticles burned all night because of the excessive drilling. My nails are uneven and thick and it’s only been a day and they’re already un-ravelling. Never going there again."

"I got a gel manicure on Friday February 24th and the gel just been coming off all my fingers. I have never experienced this before at no other nail place. I don’t know if the gel fake or if their polish is old and cheap. This was my first time there and my last. I can’t believe this nonsense. Gel never suppose to come off and rub off in 4 days. And I will dispute my charge in my card. The worst!!!"

"I got my nails done Saturday night. The staff working there is very nice, however the quality of the products that they use is terrible. Within two days the topcoat on my dip powder started cracking and than chipping off. I will not be going back to this place. I did feel that the lady who did my nails was rushing. The cherry on top was my cuticles. My ring finger started bleeding when when she was cutting them. Anyways check out the cuticles and the quality of my nails just TWO days after getting them done."
