"This company Is a joke. They over charged. We had to pay out of our own pockets to have it fixed the first time. So that’s our fuel, time and money put into a machine that we don’t own. That money was not reimbursed. We rented it for a week and paid over 2,300$ when it was supposed to be 1200$ for a week. In total the machine was down for at-least a day with mechanical issues that we couldn’t fix. Mind you this is not including the time it was down when we fixed it. Again money lost, work doesn’t get done you don’t get paid. We have receipts for everything that we purchased to fix the machine. The company had no interest in seeing the receipts we provided. We lost lots of money with the economy right now every dollar counts. But these people were not honest and clearly liars. My best advice would be find another company for your equipment rental needs. This place should be put out of business. They strive on stealing others money with their lies. Good luck to all that deal with this company."

"My first time visiting Valley Equipment in Harrisonburg. I just purchased a Kubota SVL75 compact track loader (not from Valley Equipment) and needed some parts. My order was complex so I had to do the majority of work with identifying the exact parts I thought I needed, however; Jeff was awesome at getting all the backend details straight with my account and he made me feel like it was important to him that I got the correct parts. Everyone there was pleasant and greeted you with a smile. Very nice atmosphere and they appear to keep a decent inventory of maintenance/service parts and fluids."
