"Brothers & Justice did a hardwood floor refinishing project for us throughout most of our main level and did an excellent job. They were able to correct some fairly major destruction from a pet - deep scratches. The floors look brand new after they were done. Very reasonable price as well."
"We had a bad experience with Brothers and Justice. They came recommended by a friend when we moved to the area. We needed to refinish the original floors in the house. Before starting the work, they insisted on us leaving the house because of Covid. When we returned a couple of days after they were done, we simply were shocked. The floor color did not match what they offered remotely on the video (it turned out to be much lighter), the sanding of the surface was very bad - our previously smooth floors became wavy with uneven finishing all through the house. The shoe molding was rough and in many places it did not match. Our house started looking cheaper like it lost half of its value. In addition, they caused many damages from the work (carpet was stained all around the edges, hand stains on walls, on gold handles, broken closet door, etc.). We tried to communicate with them and address quality issues but they stopped replying to our emails. The floors also carried a strong chemical odor for over 5 weeks until we hired someone else to scrap the work and fully redo the floors again. We still need to invest more $$ to fix all residual damages. A minor thing, but they also took our heavy-duty street broom (probably did not realize it was not theirs but that caused us an inconvenience). Horrible experience and a very unprofessional contractor."
