"It was a horrible experience. The Korean middle-aged woman was really rude to her customers. To remove my previous nail gel, she over-gridded my nails to the extent that my nails were getting much thinner and when I pressed on them, I felt pain. She should have offered nail remover/acetone in my case but she never did. As a feedback, I told her she should offer removal options at least to customer. She yelled backed and said she did this for over 10-20 years, she alway grind nails to remove gels….Her strategy to handle complaints or feedbacks is to yelling and shouting (also ignoring) so that she felt that she is taking the high ground, threatening customers away. Little does she know that she also throws her good business reputation and rating away."

"Me and my friend attended this establishment on 11/28/23 and were handled by a woman who was older- her name is Sunny. She seemed to own the place. My friend showed her her picture and at any point she could have denied the picture or at least say she couldn’t do it but could do something else. She didn’t do any of her nail prep- so inevitably they’re gonna fall off in a few days. She didn’t ask what color she should have been using and seemed so confused the entire time. Her nails are bumpy and nothing like the picture shown, which I might add is nothing difficult- just long square french tips. We went back after pondering if it was worth it or not and when we did she was very rude and unwilling to even fix it. She didn’t say anything to say she didn’t like them cause the lady was the only one working and she was rushing to finish them and was very unapproachable. When went back we asked very politely if she could take a second from her customer and come over so we didn’t bash her in front of others. She rudely yelled across the store saying we could just say what we needed to. It was clear she knew the nails didn’t look right. We asked for a refund, maybe even half and she denied and denied. She didn’t even offer to fix the color- stating she’d have to charge EXTRA for her mistake. Never going back."

"I read through several other reviews, especially the bad ones just to compare my experience with others and I almost feel as if we must have been in alternate realities. I had a very pleasant experience. Sunny was wonderful for me. I got a great manicure. I didn't even feel it when she went after my cuticles. She was was friendly and chit chatted with me the whole time. She was excited to see my dress I would wear to the opera (I was getting my nails done to match the dress.) She was the only one working at the time and another woman came in wanting her nails done too while I was waiting. She was very rude and angry about the fact she was going to have to wait. I think maybe the reason there are negative reviews isn't really a problem with Nails Pro but a problem with the customers. What exactly was Sunny supposed to do? Magically grow another set of arms so she could do two manicures at a time? I was sitting there patiently waiting and I was kind and friendly while the other woman was mean and horrible. So, anyway, she was gentle, she was friendly, she was quick, and the price was fair."
