"Leaking freezers, expired food products, rotten vegetables is not very uncommon here. We bought rasmalai and it tasted sour and could have caused food poisoning to our guests. Avoid this store at all costs. The store owner is rarely present and is being managed by students who are not bothered about customer service or appearance of the store."

"They sold expired rice at a mark-up and refused to take a return. Accused us of having bought it somewhere else and returning it even though we had a receipt."

"Give some extra effort and find another Indian grocery to save your money. Every single item is overpriced compared to other grocery stores. Most of the items do not have any fixed price tag. Veggies are not fresh at all! They put a price at counter according to their mood!"

"I have been shopping at this store for over 22 years . Before it became Indian Spices. Major problem with the new owners they do not put a price tag on any of the items. So one cannot choose based on prices. Their freezer does not run properly . Frozen items are mostly thawed. The dosa batters looks very old and not neatly kept. This place is dirty and I will not trust buying anything from here . I have made several complaints requesting them to put a price tag on the products. its been a year since they changed hands . Still no improvements."
