"We are very pleased with our window-glass replacement. Reston Glass was very accommodating and suggested we bring in the bad window for measurement and repair to avoid the service-call cost. We had no idea that that window could be removed or how to do it, but we were given clear and simple instructions over the phone. We inquired about upgrading the glass and window frame, but Reston Glass told we had the most efficient available (even though they are about 20 years old). Honesty wins. It took about two weeks for the replacement custom-made glass to arrive. We brought the panel to the shop and it was repaired in about an hour.
