Visiting the showroom was fantastic, there were several samples pulled that I had mentioned to match my preferences due to having pets and aesthetic choices so I could quickly narrow down my top options and see some samples in my space. The selection process was great. Once the product came in, installation was seamlessly coordinated with Nelson's team to remove and install the new padding and carpet quickly. Kevin Lester, the owner, got involved on my behalf and submitted a claim with the manufacturer to replace the carpet. Mr Lester was fully on my side as his customer so that the claim was processed. What stands out the most is how utterly professional and helpful Mr. Lester was during a stressful flooring project. Mr Lester never had a nasty attitude and always responded promptly to the situation on hand, ensuring that I as a customer felt valued and 100 percent satisfied with money spent. I enthusiasticly recommend Mr Lester and the folks at Sterling carpet for one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had with a retailer.
