"We are in the process of remodeling 4 bathrooms and we came here to shop for wall and flooring.. I guess if you don’t look like you can afford their products they won’t approach you to help. A Caucasian couple walked in after us and they received help immediately. We were ready to spend money however we will take our business elsewhere"
"The staff at this location is amazing. I always seek to be helped by Somer. She is extremely knowledgable and takes the time to explain to me which tile selection would work best for my clients. Would refer her to anyone that needs help!"
"They have very bad customer service, they do not care for you , I stay there more than one hour asking and no body come and ask me , they care only if you are rich and have money, I do not recommend it at all"
"I can’t say enough good things about this store! The sales staff are incredibly helpful (shout out to Jeremy!) the products are excellent and the customer service is above and beyond. Highly recommend!"
"Would not recommend going to this store for you tile needs. The person I was working with was very helpful but after I received the tile, it was all downhill. First the tile was very expensive compared to Home Depot, Lowe’s and Tile and Decor. I purchased the tile at the tile store because I liked working with the sales person and thought I was getting good tile. But. When I received the tile one box had tile of different sizes in it, both in thickness and size. After me tile man started to install the tile he noted that the tile was not flat but curved which made installation very difficult. When we finally spoke with the sales person, she was shocked that this happened. I thought I received tile seconds. She insured me that this never happened before and would never sell tile seconds. After the job was finished we went back to the store to speak with the manager, who was unavailable. Surprise, surprise. When he was finally available to speak to my husband and me he showed us the sales receipt which stated we should expect all boxes, and when the installer noted the tiles where not flat he should not have installed them. Well the installer was very good and worked with the tiles and did a fantastic job, unlike the manage who blamed us. My option is they sold us damaged tile, period. If we stopped the job we would have had to stop working on the bathroom in mid - construction. Since the sales receipt was marked inspected, I thought that the tile was inspected by the store when they received them for the manufacturer. The manager tried to blame me instead of taking responsibility for the tile seconds that I received. I definitely would never recommend The Tile Stop to anyone."
